JRC has long (from 1915) been involved in communications and navigations for safety at sea.
JRC’s Marine Electronics have realized global maritime communications and navigations. Its GMDSS radio communications equipment, and GPS navigators are beyond question necessities on board ships engaged in international voyages.
JRC offers a full range of marine communications and navigation equipment for merchant ships, fishing vessels, and pleasure boats, including Inmarsat earth stations, radar with ARPA, and ECDIS.
We consider it our technical mission to develop new products to further improve the safety and efficiency of ship navigations and operations.
JRC’s marine electronics also plays an important role in preserving ocean resources while in promoting efficiency of fishing operations. Fishing electronics and marine farming support systems help cultivate ocean resources and stimulate sea-oriented business.
Maybe one topic to be mentioned is that the Inmarsat Fleet 77 terminal type JUE-410F which was tested by an independent shipping company (Hanseatic Shipping Company Ltd.) is available for showing at our stand nr. 2 on the exhibition area. Results of the tests are available at our stand.
