PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due in full at the time of registration and includes lunches, refreshments and conference materials.  CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing. Any cancellations received by the 1st of February will be refunded in full.   We regret that cancellations after this date will be subject to the whole seminar fee.  Substitutions are welcome at any time.  PROGRAMME CHANGES: For reasons beyond the control of Digital Ship Ltd, it may be necessary to alter the content, the speakers and/or the timing of the sessions.  In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, Digital Ship Ltd is not liable for any cost incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance.  CONFIRMATION: You will receive confirmation in writing of your booking.
