The European centre for medium range weather forecasts

An international centre supported by 24 EU member states, the ECMWF provides free access to deterministic medium-range (3-6 days) weather forecasts.

Ocean analysis forecasts predict ocean conditions including sea temperature on a five day basis.

A huge range of other weather predictions are available, however the large data files can be unrealistic for use onboard.
