UK transport policy & accident reporting form

The UK government’s shipping site contains information relating to UK shipping, mostly of an archival nature, including safety information, recruitment, consultation papers and contact details. A text only version with the full content is provided, although the site is fairly data light anyway.

The Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) looks into incidents at sea and provides recommendations for safer practices. An incident reporting form is available for download in acrobat (pdf) format on the site.
