This website contains a complete database of inspections carried out (over 76,000) and a list of banned ships and detentions along with the relevant details. Annual reports of the organization are also available, along with useful resources pertaining to the inspection of ships. There is also the current "rustbucket" list aimed at shaming owners of unseaworthy vessels. The Tokyo MOU area also lists detentions monthly and runs a port state control database.
