Seafarers benefits advice line    http://www.seabal.org.uk Free advice through the Citizen's Advice Bureau network Seabal offers free advice to seafarers concerning state benefits, and provides a specialised Citizen’s Advice service. This is funded by the Seamen’s hospital society and operated through the Citizen’s Advice Bureau network (CAB). There is a range of fact sheets on the website which cover funeral payments, help with rent, pentions etc. The seamen’s Dreadnought unit at Guy’s hospital is the legacy of the Dreadnought Seamen's Hospital and provides specialist care for seafarers.
