NAVTOR and AWT sign integration deal

E-navigation company NAVTOR and maritime weather routing specialists Applied Weather Technology (AWT) have signed an agreement to integrate their services.

Navtor launches new navigation software

Navtor today announced the launch of NavStation, a ‘Digital Chart Table’ that gathers information from multiple sources and displays it on a single screen to help aid navigation. The software comes with an optional 46inch ‘gigapad’ touch device, allowing users to manoeuvre different layers of data, including ENCs, weather data, tidal information and other services like piracy updates.​

NAVTOR today announced that it has reached an agreement with the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO) to offer the ADMIRALTY Vector Chart Service (AVCS) to mariners on a ‘pay as you sail’ (PAYS) basis.

Navtor ENC system for DOF

Navtor today announced that it has won a fleet-wide contract to supply ENCs to DOF Management, which operates 78 offshore vessels, via its NavStick system.

NAVTOR has reported that the entire Hurtigruten fleet has signed up to use its ENC Service.

NAVTOR, a Norwegian provider of ENC solutions, has reported a flurry of new contracts in the Norwegian offshore shipping segment.

NavSync ENC updating system launched

NAVTOR has announced the introduction of NavSync, a new system to allow the most up to date versions of Electronic Navigation Charts (ENCs) to be uploaded directly to an ECDIS from a USB device.

E-navigation company NAVTOR has announced the launch of its ‘Pay As You Sail’ NAVTOR ENC Service, which has received approval from DNV.
