Shipowner and management company Döhle Group has partnered with Navarino in a major technology and connectivity project that will see Inmarsat Fleet Xpress (FX) and Infinity rolled out on more than 100 vessels.

Navarino has introduced several new key features to its software suite, Spectrum, to help maritime IT managers simplify the way they work.

Navarino’s cybersecurity solution for maritime, Infinity Plus or Infinity Cube with Angel, has received Type Approval in accordance with DNV’s Cyber Secure (Advanced) class notation.

Athens-based ship management company A.M. Nomikos has chosen Navarino’s hybrid service 'Prodigy' to boost its maritime communications.

ShipDC welcomes Navarino to IoS-OP

Navarino has joined Ship Data Centre’s IoS Open Platform (IoS-OP), the ship IoT data sharing platform. Navarino will not only work on the transmission and utilisation of the ship operation data in IoS-OP but also contribute to raise the industry’s awareness of IoS-OP.

Ugland rolls out Spectrum by Navarino

Norwegian family-owned shipping and offshore enterprise Ugland Marine Services has confirmed a fleetwide order of Navarino’s Spectrum, following a successful 3-month trial.

Athens-based Primebulk Shipmanagement has begun implementing Navarino’s new IT management platform, Quazar. The system will be installed across Primebulk’s entire fleet of nine vessels.

Navarino has announced the launch of its Quazar service – a new concept for delivering, maintaining and supporting the ICT infrastructure onboard ships.

As part of International Women’s Day on March 8, we asked five women from Intelsat and its partners KVH and Navarino about what it’s like to be a woman working in the maritime industry today.

Navarino’s new Prodigy hybrid service, which combines Intelsat FlexMaritime’s network over a 1m v100 Intellian antenna and the L-band network by Iridium Certus, has been installed on a Millenia Maritime chemical tanker in Piraeus. Six of the seven vessel fleet is now under the support of Navarino’s FX service.
