Navis builds on Singapore success

Navis Engineering has completed work on its latest project involving Singaporean offshore company Miclyn Express Offshore (MEO), following the commissioning of a DP2 system on board the 70m ROV and diving support vessel Resolution.

Brazil OSV contracts for Raytheon

Raytheon Anschütz do Brasil has reported a number of new contracts for the supply of gyro compass and autopilot systems to new offshore platform supply vessels built at Brazilian shipyards.

Nigeria-based marine service provider PEM Offshore has ordered various simulation systems from Kongsberg Maritime for an offshore training centre to be located in Lagos.

Bordelon Marine chooses Helm software

Edoc Systems Group, the Canadian developer of the Helm Marine Operations software system, reports that Bordelon Marine, an American provider of offshore supply vessels, has chosen Helm HSQE Manager and Helm Onboard to manage its maintenance, safety, and compliance operations.
