Helm CONNECT is currently used by 150 companies and 3,000 vessels worldwide.

“Our commitment to providing modern, user-friendly, powerful systems for marine operations has helped us achieve incredible growth over the past two years,” said Ron deBruyne, CEO of Helm Operations.

“Now, as part of Volaris, we look forward to building on that strong foundation, accelerating our growth in North America and internationally, and providing even greater value to our customers.”

Helm Operations will maintain its own brand and independence with support and resources from Volaris following the acquisition. CEO Ron deBruyne, along with the existing management team, will continue to lead the business.{/mprestriction}
